Vegas games are currently supported in the Mac version of our game software in some regions only. More regions will become accessible in time.

Yes. Our games are available via our Mobile app for iOS and Android devices.

The same team responsible for our industry-leading poker software have designed and developed our Vegas software, and our other games are provided by trusted third-party software developers.

RTP describes the average percentage of money wagered that will be paid back to you when playing Vegas games. That average indicates the long-term returns you could expect, given as a percentage.

Vegas Gameplay

A Random Number Generator (RNG) is a system that can generate a sequence of numbers, or bits, that is completely devoid of any patterns or biases. This ensures that items or numbers in the sequence can never be predicted, making the sequence indistinguishable from a truly random sequence.

Yes, you can toggle the display of Vegas games in the desktop client using the option ‘Settings’ > ‘Lobby’ > ‘Lobby Display’ > ‘Show Vegas Games’. Mobile users can toggle the display of Vegas games by accessing ‘Settings & Tools’ via the ‘More’ menu, then scrolling to ‘General Settings’ > ‘Show Vegas Games’.

Disconnection Policy & Refunds

If a player loses connection, or leaves a game while they have an action pending, the game is considered to be incomplete. If this occurs during a single player game, you’ll be reminded to finish any incomplete games when you next log in and play, within 24 hrs of the game creation. If players do not return within the specified period of time, the games will be automatically finalised. All Multi-Player games are automatically finalised.

You are always paid for wins collected before a disconnection; many games support the ability to complete the game for you once disconnected. This varies by game provider. These games will play on your behalf -to complete any pending actions, rather than forfeit the unfinished portion of the game.

  1. Single-Player Games
    Any incomplete single player games that are not completed within 24 hours of the game creation will be automatically finalised by the system as described below.

    Slot Games
    Many Slot games are able to finalise an incomplete game by making random selections in bonus rounds and playing out any pending Free Spins on your behalf. Some, however, do not have this capability and must register a forfeit for the unfinished portion of the game.

    If a player does not log in to complete the game within 24 hours, we will close the game as dictated by the game provider: some providers may know the outcome of the game up to the point of disconnection, others may know the final outcome, and others may refund the original bet.

    In Video Poker, games are completed using auto-hold suggestions.

If you leave or are disconnected once your actions are complete, but before the deal or spin has finished, the game will complete on its own. You will be able to see the results in the hand history.

Instant Bonus

Instant Bonuses are special funds that you can use to place bets on real money Vegas games. The bonuses can be converted to real money by earning the required number of redemption points or placing the required number of bets on eligible games.

The number of redemption points or bets required to convert an Instant Bonus to real money will be displayed when the bonus is offered.

Instant Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before they are converted to real money.

If you have more than one Instant Bonus on your account at a time, you can manage the priority order in which your bonuses will become available for you to use through the ‘Manage Bonuses’ section in the game software. In the desktop client, open the Cashier and select ‘My Bonus Status’ > ‘Instant Bonuses’. On mobile, access the ‘My Stars’ menu.

An Instant Bonus is awarded to players, based on certain criteria:

  • As a reward to eligible players
  • As part of a promotion
  • During Instant Bonus special offers for a limited period of time

Only one Instant Bonus may be in use at any one time in an eligible game.

You can manage the order in which multiple bonuses become available via the ‘Manage Bonuses’ section of the software. In the desktop client, open the Cashier and select ‘My Bonus Status’ > ‘Instant Bonuses’. On mobile, access the ‘My Stars’ menu, then select ‘Bonuses’.

If you have multiple Instant Bonuses available for use in a particular game, each bonus will be added to the available balance as soon as the previous bonus has either met its wagering requirement, has been surrendered, paused, expired or fully used up.

To redeem your Instant Bonus to real money, you will need to meet the bonus’ wagering requirements. These requirements may involve earning a specified number of redemption points or placing a certain number of bets on eligible games. 

The wagering requirements for converting an Instant Bonus to real money will be displayed when the bonus is offered. You can also check this information, along with your progress towards meeting those requirements, bonus expiry date, eligible games and more in the ‘Manage Bonuses’ section. To find this in the desktop client, open the Cashier and select ‘My Bonus Status’ > ‘Instant Bonuses’. On mobile, access the ‘My Stars’ menu, then select ‘Bonuses’.

Once we issue an Instant Bonus, if you are logged in (or as soon as you log in) to your account, you will see a pop-up message with three options: ‘Accept’, ‘Decline’ and ‘More Information’.

The pop-up message will inform you of the number of redemption points you need to earn or bets you need to place, and the deadline for earning them, in order to convert your Instant Bonus to real money.

You can ‘Accept’ or ‘Decline’ your bonus, or request ‘More information’. The latter will take you to the Instant Bonus management section on your account with more details, including eligible games.

You need to ‘Accept’ the Instant Bonus in order for the bonus funds to become available to you in the eligible games and to start progressing with the wagering requirements needed to convert the bonus to real money.

If you choose to ‘Decline’ the Instant Bonus, the pop-up window will disappear and no further actions will be needed.

Open the ‘Manage Bonuses’ section in order to see all of your Instant Bonuses, their progress, value and expiry date. To find this in the desktop client, open the Cashier and select ‘My Bonus Status’ > ‘Instant Bonuses’. On mobile, access ‘My Stars’, then select ‘Bonuses’.

If an Instant Bonus is available for use in a game, the available game balance will display the combined total of your real money balance, plus the highest priority Instant Bonus available. When placing a wager, funds will be taken from the currently available Instant Bonus balance first, and from your real money balance second.

If you received an Instant Bonus which required a real money deposit, and after some play you decide to that you no longer want it, or prefer to withdraw, you can surrender it by pressing the 'Surrender' button on the relevant bonus in the ‘Manage Bonuses’ section. To find this in the desktop client, open the Cashier and select ‘My Bonus Status’ > ‘Instant Bonuses’. On mobile, access ‘My Stars’, then select ‘Bonuses’.

While all Instant Bonuses will offer the option to ‘Surrender’ the bonus, in some cases there will be no amount credited back to you by doing this because either the losses made with the bonus balance were greater than the original real money portion (purchase amount) of the bonus, or if the Instant Bonus was only made up of a non-purchased bonus amount.

Every Instant Bonus has an expiry date and certain wagering requirements. If these requirements are not met, or only partially met by the expiry date, your Instant Bonus will expire and you will no longer see it on your account.

Yes. You can use the funds available in your Stars Account for both poker and Vegas games.

No. Your current Stars Account can be used for both Vegas games and poker.

Depending on the game, you may need to install one of the following Flash Player versions:

For Windows XP/Vista platforms, you will need a very specific version of Adobe Flash Player:

  • You should have Flash Player version 22.0.0.209 installed on your computer
  • During installation, please choose the option to never check for updates to keep this specific version for Chromium browsers.

For Windows 7, 8 and 10 platforms, you will need to download and install the following Flash Player versions:

  • Internet Explorer – ActiveX
  • Opera & Chromium – PPAPI

For Mac OS platforms, you will need to download and install this Flash Player version:

  • Safari & Firefox – NPAPI

For desktop play, you will need to download and install Flash Player for your default web browser. See here. Please note that the desktop client is not compatible with Internet Explorer.
